Hello, I got given a CR-10 MAX, but the SD reader has stopped working amongst other things. I could just go get a new mobo (controller) for it, but if I could upgrade it now instead? I live in South Africa and the power is not always on for 3D printing timeframes.. Now I know the CR-10 MAX has its own special connectors, but I'm not worried about that - I'll handle that myself and make a new case (box) if I have to. The only problem I have is that I'm pretty new to this world of 3D DIY and I'm not sure what's compatible with boards and the modules, etc. I would also like to run Klipper instead of Marlin. So here is my list: SKR 3 EZ + 5PCS EZ2209 BTT …

Hi all, I just installed a new Manta E3EZ in my Ender 3 Pro. Everything seems to be fine EXCEPT all axis movement is 2X too large (when commanded to move 10mm, the axis moves 20mm). I'm using the Klipper config from the BT site. Relevant config enclosed (ignore the parts of the file that specify bed mesh - it was created before I discovered the movement issue) I've submitted a ticket to BT but haven't received a response. Anyone else seen this? Thanks. printer.cfg printer-ender3.cfg

Hi i have a new Manta M8P and CB1, I can get the X motor to move and home. it's a bigtreetech s42c Closed Loop motor. But i can't get the Y motor ( bigtreetech s42c Closed Loop motor) to move. If i put the y conector in the x driver it will move so it's not the driver or motor. I have looked at the printer.cfg over and over even tried moving Motor2, [stepper_y] on to Motor 5 and setting up the printer.cfg but still not working. all the jumpers or on VBB for power i did try HV as well. i have attached the printer.cfg Thanks Paul generic-bigtreetech-manta-m8p-V1_1.cfg

I bought an Ender 3 V2 3D printer, and it came with several upgrades, including the E3 RRF board upgrade. However, since it's a second-hand printer, I've encountered several issues. Unfortunately, it did not come with a touchscreen. I've managed to address all the problems except for the extruder. There appears to be no power reaching the motor from the motherboard, and I've checked all the cabling. I'm unable to identify the root of the problem. I've also tested the motor, and it is functional.

I have an Ender 3 Pro with a BTT SKR Mini E3 V3.0 and TFT upgrade set. My issue is that at idle, my hot end fan and power supply fans run at 100%. But as soon as there is any power draw from heating the hot end or the bed all of the fans drop down to 25% (even if I set the nozzle fan to 100% it is affected as well). Also the power available to my hot end drops from 24v to 18.6v at during this issue with the fans (which in turn, make heat up very slow). I keep getting thermal run away errors or thermal kill errors at random times once the hot end gets above 190c which I assume is caused by the hot end fan running at 25% of what it should be. Any idea where I should st…

in pins_BTT_SKR_V1_4.h can I just change #define EXP1_01_PIN P1_30 to: #define EXP1_01_PIN P0_01 to use the leftmost pin the skr and just plug in a computer beeper so that + is on the +5v on I2C and the - is on pin 0.1? or is there a better way to do this without a raspberry pi?

Let me start by saying i am still learning so please be patient with my ignorance. I have an Ender 3 pro that i had upgraded to the skr e3 mini v2 and used to print decently.. i upgraded to a biqu h2 v2s and added a bl touch at the same time...i have tried to compile the firmware and at this point it will heat up and load the filament but if i try to print it heats the bed and nozzle and just squirts a little filament and then says it is complete. Please any help as to why it wont print anything. any pointers thanks in advance

I just recently received the SKR mini from your store but with a different chipset than advertised(STM32G0B1RE) please see photographs(STM32G0B0RE). I have therefore got difficulties compiling and flushing the firmware as the board is stock on the process and a red light is flashing permanently. I have tried to flush the firmware directly via USB and using ST card. Please advise urgently

The z-axis seems to be moving in the opposite direction while printing. When it gets to the 4th layer, it becomes rough and the nozzle begins to dig into the prin and the printer seems to be ignoring my z steps/mm (no matter how high I set it). My printer was working just fine on the Creality 4.2.7 board and now I upgraded my extruder to the BIQU h2o and the SKR Mini E3 V3 and TFT35 screen. I cannot figure out why this is happening and I would like to get it fixed. I printed a calibration cube and it came out really bad, but measured a little over 20mm on all sides and that makes no sense to me, because this cube looked smooshed. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a BTT_SKR_3 and the TFT35 screen. For the last several days I have been trying to get the proper firmware compiled. I have tried several versions of Marlin. With most of them I can get the software to compile just fine until I try to enable the function for the TFT display. Then I get an error that says the TFT-SPI display only works with the STM32F series chips. Does anyone know a way to get around this problem. Thanks for any help you can give.
