BTT SKR 3 TMC Connection Error

I have purchased two new BTT SKR 3 boards and neither one works with my TMC2130 drivers. I have gone through all the configuration settings over and over. I am currently using Marline 2.1.2.2 which is the latest release. When I look at the M122 output, the last line shows error all low. I have tried to tie a 1k ohm resistor between VCC and CS but no good. I know my drivers are good because they work in other BTT SKR 3 boards with the same software. Can anyone tell me what is missing or what I might be doing wrong with these new boards?
