SKR 1.4 Turbo problem

I have a 1.4 turbo installed in my printer I'm running Marlin 2.1.2.2. Also i have a bl touch clone that I'm using. My problem is that my hot end nozzle will not Come down close enough to the build plate. Everything else is going good. When I home the hot end it works fine just not close enough to the bed. Could someone please help me with fixing this? I'm at my wit's end.
