skr mini e3 v2 and ender 3 v2 screen beeping

I have installed a skr mini e3 v2 on to my ender 3 v2. I have the second gen dacai screen on the ender 3 v2. I also have the ribbon cable adapter for the ender 3 v2 screen for the different pin out. I have flashed the firmware from your github onto the board. Now when I power the printer on I get a steady beeping tone from the screen and the screen stays frozen on the creality logo. I have triple checked all of my wiring connections and am confident everything is wired correctly on my board. Please help as I can't figure out how to get past this point.

I had this problem too when I tried flashing firmware not named "firmware.bin" Once I changed that, it worked. I used a custom build of the E3v2 professional firmware here: https://github.com/mriscoc/Ender3V2S1.
