CPU is overheating

Hello all i have a 3 month old SKR 1.4 Turbo and last night i had a print falure.

The cpu is extreamly hot and both thermostors were reading 130 so i shut down and proceed to change out the thermostors and no change.

I removed the board and unpluged everything and the cpu still overheats. 

The controller board has been working perfectly up to this point.. any suggestions would be helpfull
