I have an Ender 3 Pro with a BTT SKR Mini E3 V3.0 and TFT upgrade set. My issue is that at idle, my hot end fan and power supply fans run at 100%. But as soon as there is any power draw from heating the hot end or the bed all of the fans drop down to 25% (even if I set the nozzle fan to 100% it is affected as well). Also the power available to my hot end drops from 24v to 18.6v at during this issue with the fans (which in turn, make heat up very slow). I keep getting thermal run away errors or thermal kill errors at random times once the hot end gets above 190c which I assume is caused by the hot end fan running at 25% of what it should be. Any idea where I should st…

Let me start by saying i am still learning so please be patient with my ignorance. I have an Ender 3 pro that i had upgraded to the skr e3 mini v2 and used to print decently.. i upgraded to a biqu h2 v2s and added a bl touch at the same time...i have tried to compile the firmware and at this point it will heat up and load the filament but if i try to print it heats the bed and nozzle and just squirts a little filament and then says it is complete. Please any help as to why it wont print anything. any pointers thanks in advance

I just recently received the SKR mini from your store but with a different chipset than advertised(STM32G0B1RE) please see photographs(STM32G0B0RE). I have therefore got difficulties compiling and flushing the firmware as the board is stock on the process and a red light is flashing permanently. I have tried to flush the firmware directly via USB and using ST card. Please advise urgently

The z-axis seems to be moving in the opposite direction while printing. When it gets to the 4th layer, it becomes rough and the nozzle begins to dig into the prin and the printer seems to be ignoring my z steps/mm (no matter how high I set it). My printer was working just fine on the Creality 4.2.7 board and now I upgraded my extruder to the BIQU h2o and the SKR Mini E3 V3 and TFT35 screen. I cannot figure out why this is happening and I would like to get it fixed. I printed a calibration cube and it came out really bad, but measured a little over 20mm on all sides and that makes no sense to me, because this cube looked smooshed. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I buy a Manta M8P with a CB1. I follow the Guide. I compil the firmware, I dowload it, I change the name to firmware.bin and copy to a sd cart. I insert on SD MCU card Slot and i restart the Manta M8P. But after the firmware stay at firware.bin. He don't change to "FIRMWARE.CUR" I guess the firmware is not compiled. After I enter ls /dev/serial/by-id/ and it gives me an error. (ls: cannot access '/dev/serial/by-id/': No such file or directory) what should I do to solve the problem? Thank for help me!

A little while ago I bought a SKR 1.4 and a mini12864 lcd screen. I got it all set up at first and it worked great. But now after a 13 hour print the screen wont come back on. The board does still get powered because the LED are on. It also reads the new firware as the .bin file changes. The only whing is that the screen does nothing, not even any light. Anybody has any ideas on what to check or how to fix?

So, I received a second hand printer with this board installed. Everything else works fine and I've gone through all the Marlin firmware settings to make sure everything is setup correctly (I'm 90% sure). The only problem is that I cannot seem to get power to flow to the FAN0 pins for the part cooling fan. I've used my multi-meter to check various pins and they all check out except FAN0. I've inspected the board for signs of a problem, nothing. Are there any other diagnostics (like LEDs or something) built into the board for verifying that the problem is in the board before I simply replace it? Thanks in advance for any assistance and information.

Man, this is challenging. I'm not even sure if it's possible. I tried to upgrade the hot end on the B1SE+ from stock to an H2 500, and got pretty far, when I found out that my SKR2 was a v.A and I needed the jumper and firmware fix. I figured i'd upgrade anyway, and found an Octopus v1.1. So, I'm trying to get the display from the B1SE+ working on the Octopus, as well as the H2 Hot End. Every time I'm successfully able to create the FW, I put the card in and turn on the machine, and get a white screen for the lcd. Can anyone suggest how I should proceed? Should I return the Octopus for another SKR2 vB?

I have an Ender 6 with a fried motherboard. I'm looking to replace it with a BTT board as I've used Mini E3 V3's in my Ender 3's with good results. Can anyone recommend the best choice, if there is one, for my Ender 6, both with the stock screen (if it'll work at all) and with a replacement screen (and model) from BTT? Also, would a Mini E3 V3 be a viable choice as I could cover all my printers with one type of spare? Or do I have to go original factory board?
