the usb conection doesnt work

Hi everyone!, first of all, sorry if i have some errors in my writting, the english is not my first language, second, i am having some problems with my SKR E3 V2 in my printer, i cant connect the printer with my pc, i try to install the drivers in the github of bigtreetech but i dont know how i can do it, can anyone help me?
