Help running H2 500c on M8p motherboard with TMC2209 drivers

I'm trying to make the H2 500c work with my Longer LK5-pro.  I have upgraded the motherboard to an M8P with CB1 card running TMC 2209 stepper drivers.  I have the heater plugged into HE0 and the thermistor plugged into TM0  I've tried the pullup jumper and without with no success.  The heater heats up when i tell it to, but the thermistor isn't accurate at all

 

I also need to know the correct settings for the h2 extruder for klipper please.
