Replacing SKR v.A with Octopus v1.1 in B1SE+

Man, this is challenging. I'm not even sure if it's possible.

I tried to upgrade the hot end on the B1SE+ from stock to an H2 500, and got pretty far, when I found out that my SKR2 was a v.A and I needed the jumper and firmware fix.

I figured i'd upgrade anyway, and found an Octopus v1.1. 

So, I'm trying to get the display from the B1SE+ working on the Octopus, as well as the H2 Hot End.

Every time I'm successfully able to create the FW, I put the card in and turn on the machine, and get a white screen for the lcd.

Can anyone suggest how I should proceed? Should I return the Octopus for another SKR2 vB?
