SKR 1.4 with Mini12864 screen stopped working

A little while ago I bought a SKR 1.4 and a mini12864 lcd screen. I got it all set up at first and it worked great. But now after a 13 hour print the screen wont come back on. The board does still get powered because the LED are on. It also reads the new firware as the .bin file changes. The only whing is that the screen does nothing, not even any light.

Anybody has any ideas on what to check or how to fix?
