I have been trying to update the firmware on my SKR mini E3 v2 with no success I have down loaded the latest firmware, bin from Github renamed the it firmware.bin on the SD card and placed the card into the SD card slot on the board. It does change the file name to firmware.cur but when restart the printer it says no printer attached. When I check the system information on LCD screen it says "unknown system". Printer does not function.

I'm trying to configure the motherboard Firmware with marlin and visual studio. In platform.ini the env is default_envs= STM32G0B1RE_btt and in configuration.h the motherboard is BOARD_BTT_SKR_MINI_E3_V3_0 Unfortunaly the firmaware can not be build. I already tried to copy the stable version firmware variant_MARLIN_STM32G0B1RE.cpp, variant_MARLIN_STM32G0B1RE.h, ldscript.ld, PeripheralPins.c from your link located in the path buildroot/share/PlatformIO/variants to the library directory of our machine in C:\Users\Administrator.platformio\packages\framework-arduinoststm32\variants\STM32G0xx\G0B1R (BCE) (IT) xN_G0C1R (CE) (IT) xN. But I obtain always the same …

Hello, I have searched the forums for a topic related to this board and haven't found it so I will ask here. My mainboard died for my original Ender 5, I bought a SKR mini E3 V3 after reading some reviews and a BL Touch, I have everything installed and downloaded the firmware for this from the website for this configuration and it seems to have taken it fine. After power up I tried to set the Z height but in the settings it will not let me go negative of 0. I would try and compile my own but VS code keeps giving me errors and I don't know how to fix them currently as I am definitely not a programmer (I have tried to follow two different guides to compilin…

Hello, all. I've been trying for days to get my SKR2 board to work with both dual y & z axis and independent end stops (2 per axis). The Y axis does independent homing just fine no matter which way the gantry is aligned. On the Z axis, however, two scenarios present: if my left z-stepper homes first and triggers the left z-endstop, it stops the right z2-stepper and the right z2-endstop is never triggered. This leaves the machine in a pause state while it waits for the z2-stepper to trip the z2-endstop which, of course, will never happen as z2-stepper has stopped moving having been triggered by z-endstop. If the right z2-endstop is triggered by …

So after waking up to my printer screeching from what was most likely a power surge both my PSU and board were most likely fried so I replaced them (Probably thermal throttle from the screeching). I got a SKR Mini E3 V2 and replacement power supply. I installed them and noticed my bed heat was increasing on it's own so I disconnected it for the time to see if I could print, printer was working normally for a few minutes then I hear a grinding noise from what I assume is one of the motors. Print stops and my LCD goes blank. I have no clue what is doing this. Firmware, hardware? I have no clue what's causing all these problems from a perfectly functioning printer the night …

Hi all, my H2 500C has been working fine, however, within the last 5 minutes I got a heating error on my Ender 6 and now from what I can tell the cartridge is no longer heating up. Printer otherwise works fine, just the extruder will not respond to temperature setting intructions. I have confirmed that the wiring is fine and intact. Can anyone please advise? or Can Biqu staff please get in touch with regards to warrenty/cartridge replacement? kind regards, Andrew

My BIQU-B1 3D printer is having an issue in which it is displaying a "Busy Processing, Please wait..." error and the screen freezes and it stays that way until the printer is reset. (no matter how much time has passed the only way to unfreeze it is to reset it.) it happens often during the printing process and if there is an issue ie: the philipment runs out or there is a leveling issue the I cannot pause the printer or use babystep and it will keep trying to print and the only way to stop it is to reset the whole printer and trash the current print.

I recently got an srk mini e3v3 and installed with the btt tft35 v3(not e3). Its set up and Im loving it but I am strongly considering returning it for a refund. Whenever I am printing in mid print it will beep, stop printing and show a message on the display saying M1 Stop. I can hit the Continue button and it will resume the print. This is so frustrating. The nozzle has to wait to warm back up and all. I hatch it as it happens so luckily it hasnt messed up my print. But I can see this causing my print to pop off since the bed cools down and has to reheat and same with the nozzle. I dont know what to return and what to buy now. I am holding a brand new s…

Hi, I just got the Smart Sensor and I'm pondering the use with flexible TPU filaments. It's very hard, if not impossible, to get the filament through the sensor. Any ideas on how to do this? I'll probably engineer a new back plate (need one for mounting anyway) and include some kind of knob or slider that compress the internal spring. Something for you to consider for a future product version maybe. //FNM

My new BIQU B1 is lining up 1/4 inch to the left of the table for its initial run printing. It then continues onto the bed and sets its frame for print. its first layer is centered well but then all subsequent layers seem to be shifted to the left 1/4 inch encroaching upon the intial "frame" of print. Any suggestions to get the printer running properly in alignment ?

Hello, I use this display as the main screen on my portable raspberry umpc. It worked good without any additional drivers until they update Raspbian. After installing new Raspbian (based on Debian version 11) my touchscreen doesn’t work properly. Just jumping from one point to another. You could press it and it will react, but a cursor is always appear at some unpredictable point. I’ve tried both new 32/64bit. Same result. If I use previous version based on Debian 10 everything is alright. Please help me fix this problem) I want to use the new OS. p.s. can’t find something with Google. It seems nobody have such problem except me.

I have a new Biqu B1 printer and on it's first print, it stopped halfway through the print. The screen would not respond and I had to shut off the printer and start over again. It printed with no issues the bear that came with the sd card provided, then I printed the pokemon thing, again no problems. But now it will not print anything without stopping, and it stops at different points. I have tried different SD cards, using adapters for the sd card and not. PLease help...I just bought this.

I have connected a Chimera dual nozzle hotend, a TFT35, a heated bed and 3 pwm fans (2 for part cooling on each nozzle) . The problem I'm having is this: if I turn on the cooling fans before a print, they work fine. If they have to turn on during a print, they alternate between turning on and offin about 10 second intervals; when they are on, sometimes they struggle staying on and run at like half speed. It feels like the board is running out of power to spare for the fans, or there's something wrong with the mosfets maybe... I have eliminated the possibility of slicer settings and broken/loose wires.
