Hello all, just got the BTT s42c v1.1 kit off amazon. It came with no documentation. When I go to the BTT site I see a similar product which is version 1 I linked below. The kit below shows an aluminum alloy shell for the back of the stepper that the board mounts in. My kits are both missing those shells. Where can I get these shells and can I print them and where does the little magnet that comes in the kit go? I cant find anything online to help. I found a download that contains a pdf of so called instruction but ita VERY bleak and for the version 1. Not version 1.1. https://www.biqu.equipment/products/bigtreetech-s42c-v1-0-42-stepper-motor-closed-loop-driver-board…

I installed the BIQU H2 on my Ender 6 but I have some problems with extrusion. After having changed the e steps to 932 as recommended, I measured and in fact I needed 951. Extrusion was fine during the m92, but as soon as I start a normal print the filament jams in the nozzle and extruder motor skips steps. I have tried with brass and hardened steel nozzle - same problem. I have to disassemble the whole H2 to solve the problem. My settings were: Nozzle temp 200 C Speed 200 mm/s Retraction 1 mm Retraction distance 1 mm Could it be my settings? What are the recommended settings (it is my first direct drive try)?

Loaded a basic marlin 2.0.9.3 configuration: 1. Line 99 change the bd type to the "BOARD_BTT_SKR_V2_0_REV_B" 2. Line 110 change the serial port to "-1" 3. Line 864, 865, 866, 875, change to the "2208" stepper drivers I am using 4. Line 2475, enable "#define CR10_STOCKDISPLAY". I also changed to the correct environment: BIGTREE_SKR_2_F429, in platformio.ini. that works fine, I can move the steppers ok. But when I just change: Line 1834 #define EEPROM_SETTINGS, with that enabled I only get the marlin bootscreen showing marlin version. The system is an Ender 5 with the original LCD display. Configuration.h platformio.ini

I have an SKR 2 board and, I have gone through the steps to load my raspberry pi with octoprint and get Klipper loaded. I have made a klipper.bin file with the STM32 and 429 chip for my SKR 2 board. I successfully completed this process about a month ago on an skr 2 successful and had no problems but I am having no luck this time around. Issue: When I go to flash Klipper onto my board it takes about 1 second and both red lights show and so does the sd card light. But the green light next to the power input terminals never turns on and when testing the voltage to the steppers and fans there is less than 1 volt (about 300 mV). When checking the SD card the file is…

So, I've been working out the kinks of the GTR and TMC2209. I'm finding it seems like the GTR can't keep up with microsteps set above 16. This is kind of disappointing as this seems like it should be a pretty capable board. I can't figure out if there's some other setting in Marlin I'm missing that's causing the processor to be overwhelmed and skip steps. I'm using the stock Creality (Ender 3, CR-10) 12864 LCD and had to set one of the delays to 600 to remove artifacts, so I'm wondering if that's causing some of the slow down as I've seen some warnings about that. All in all, I'm going to be pretty disappointed if I can't use over 16 microsteps on this board.

Greetings- Does anyone have any experience installing a BTT 32-bit motherboard in a D6? It is a 24-volt machine, presently equipped with a very substandard, noisy, failure prone, mobo. Firstly, can anyone suggest a board-display combination that is as close to plug-and-play as possible. (Famous last words!) Within reason, I don't mind replacing minor components, like the thermo-resistor or, within reason, switching wires about. Thanks in advance. -Mark

Hey guys, I just bought the new SK3 to upgrade my Ender 3 old board. I'm looking for the Marlin 2.x configuration that matches this board + Ender 3 configuration, since this board was just release a few weeks ago, is there anybody that know where I can find a example in how to change the example configuration that come with the board in order to match Ender 3 required settings ? * I don't have any mods in my printer. Thanks!! Guto

I just purchased a BIQU B1 SE PLUS printer - and I love it however after building the github Marlin source I noticed a problem. QUESTION: Does the firmware on my printer correspond to the github prebuilt firmware and marlin source code ? It seems to be that the firmware on my printer is more recent than the github version. And if I flash files in github that I would have older firmware BIQU B1-SE/PLUS 2.6.0 Aug 30 2021 17:26:25 versus BIQU B1-SE/PLUS 2.6.0 Jan 10 2022. Thank You helakejr DETAILS: 1) My B1 SE PLUS Printer says that the firmware version is: Board: BTT SKR 2 Firmware: BIQU B1-SE/PLUS 2.6.0 Jan 10 2022 NOTE: This disp…

Hi! I purchased a B1 SE Plus yesterday from Micro Center, got it all assembled, attempted to start a print, but realized no material was extruding. I attempted to do all the steps to clear a blockage, even though there shouldn't have been one that quickly after getting it, but no matter what, the sample PLA was not reaching far enough to even begin to soften. Earlier today, I took off the nozzle to see if I could see anything and get a bit easier access to the blockage when a roughly 1 inch piece of the PTFE tubing just fell out with the nozzle. The blockage position corresponds to the end of the tubing that fell out, about 1 inch from the nozzle threading. There are no b…

Does the SKR2 board rev b have only one size of fuse for both sockets, or are they different sizes and if they are different sizes which one goes where? I've looked every where I can think of to find out, but none of the pics show the fuse sizes.

The problem I'm having is that the filament is extremely difficult to remove from the hot end. This has happened twice -- once with the sample filament, and now with the Inland PLA that I purchased at MicroCenter. Heating up the hot end doesn't help either. On both occasions, I have had to remove the PTFE tube from the hot end and used pliers to pull the filament free. Upon extraction, I measured the diameter of the filament, and at the very end, it's 2.02mm vs 1.78mm for the rest of the filament. I never had this problem with my Ender 3 Pro. This probably wouldn't be that big of a deal to me, except that it makes it impossible to take advantage of the filament runou…

I tested the same the micro SD card and ethernet cable to both PAD5 and RPi3B+ PAD5 is always unable to get the correct ip address from my router can you help me out to solve this issue?

I have installed an SKR Mini E3 V3.0 with a BLTouch in my Ender 3. It took a while to get the BLTouch working, but it seems to be working as expected now. The problem I am now experiencing is when I print something, the BLTouch does it's calibration run and the print starts... I get the percentage of completion on the display, but after the first few (maybe 5 - 10) layers, the completion jumps to 100% and the print stops. I have tested with and without the TFT35 E3 V3.0.1 connected, and I get the same results. I have tried with several gcode files, and they all end the same. I cannot get anything to print past the first few layers. Any help you…

I have spent hours trying to get an ender 3 Pro to print ON THE BED. Once the board is installed and you turn on the printer, what are the steps to follow, in what order to 1.manually level the bed, 2. to set the Z height offset, and 3. to set the probe offset? I have adjusted the z endstop switch so that the nozzle is just above the bed. When I next go to manually level the bed, the nozzle raises UP slightly and then moves into position to manually adjust the bed. If I were to RAISE the bed to meet the nozzle to level the bed, the nozzle will then crash into the bed when I go to home the printer. Also, I have set the Z height offset, and I have set the probe offset.…
