Raspberry Pad 5 Network issue

I recently purchased two Raspberry Pad 5 for Compute Module 4 in two seperate orders.

I received one of them and tried to make it work, but i am facing network issue.

I flashed mainsail OS to use Klipper for my Ender3 S1 Pro

But my Pad5 is not able to get the correct IP Address from my router

When I check the ip using ifconfig command it gives me something like this, 169.254.12.165

I tested exact same setup with my Raspberry pi 3B+, it worked fine.

I tested the same the micro SD card and ethernet cable to both PAD5 and RPi3B+

PAD5 is always unable to get the correct ip address from my router

can you help me out to solve this issue?

I also tested with USB-TYPE ethernet port, and it worked fine too.

I guess this issue is caused by faulty Ethernet port on PAD5

Update

I just checked the onboard Ethernet port on PAD5, and its light does not flashing

usb ethernet port working and flashing fine

i switched ethernet cable between usb ethernet port and onboard port,

they act the same. no light on onboard port and working fine with usb ethernet port
