I am new to 3d printing. Setup my new BLQU-B1 and would like to print the models that cam on the SD Card. I switched to a PLA+ filament. It needs at least a 205 degree nozzle temp. I don't know how to make that happen. No matter what I do it keeps changing to 180. Is that temp something built into the G-Code?

I am attempting to run a Nema 17 stepper motor with the BigTreeTech TMC2240 stepper motor driver. I am connecting to the driver module with an Arduino UNO R3 board, and I'm using Arduino IDE v2.3.0. Datasheets: - TMC2240: https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/tmc2240_datasheet.pdf - Arduino UNO R3: https://docs.arduino.cc/resources/datasheets/A000066-datasheet.pdf ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ At first I tried to connect the driver in the same fashion as it's predescessor, the TMC2209 which I used before and had no issues with. I want…

My BTT Pi V1.2 arrived today. I flashed the sd card with the official image from the bigtreetech github site with (tested this scenario with raspberry pi imager and balenaEtcher). After flashing the sd card i added my wifi in the system.cfg file, plugged the jumper to the connector (J8) like the manual explained and connected a usb c cable. But the BTT Pi V1.2 will not connect to my wifi. Also i recognized, that the small LED ( LED3) is not powered. To be honest, no LED is on.

Hi everyone, I'm trying to connect a BTT TFT24-V1.1 display to an SKR 1.4 board. The wiring is as follows. Serial communication occurs correctly. I tested Marlin mode 12864 by inserting the following code into the Marlin firmware. #define REPRAP_DISCOUNT_FULL_GRAPHIC_SMART_CONTROLLER #define ST7920_DELAY_1 DELAY_NS(200) // After CLK LOW #define ST7920_DELAY_2 DELAY_NS(500) // After DAT #define ST7920_DELAY_3 DELAY_NS(500) // After CLK HIGH And I selected Marlin Mode Type 128x64 on the display. I made several attempts both without delays and with delays of varying degrees. Unfortunately I always get black screen in Marlin mode 128…

Anyone had any luck getting the Biqu Microprobe working with a SKR Mini E3 V2 or V3? There's no marlin firmware for the Microprobe I can find, tried compiling as per the manual for the Microprobe just with different pins to match the pinout of the SKR Mini E3 V3; #define Z_MIN_PROBE_PIN PC14 #define PROBE_ENABLE_PIN PA1 Even tried the SKR Mini E3 firmware for the BL touch of desperation. I've also tried my old SKR Mini E3 V2. I've tried with both plugs in the probe IO on the SKR Mini and the 3 + 2 config with the Z stop. I've tried flipping the plug orientation this way and that nope nada. The best I can get is the probe cycling in and out thr…

The advertising for the H2 V2S Lite specifically states it is compatible with Voron, VzBot, and RatRig. How is it compatible with these? Are there mounting options available? I cannot find anything and you do not offer any STLs for this. Are you claiming compatibility because I could make a model for a mount? If so this is misleading because I could design a mount to put it on a 1999 Honda Accord but it wouldn't be any use. Do you plan to support this extruder combo and offer an STL for these printer types/printhead systems? There is an EVA 2.4 mount for the H2 but it isnt quite right and there isnt a part cooling offering compatible with the h2 v2s for this. The new…

Hi all I have been prototyping a BTT Octopus + BTT MiniLCD 12864 replacement package for my Tenlog TL-D3 Pro and have everything working so far. All 2209 UART, sensorless homing on X and Y, BL Touch (Still need to figure out how to use the dual optical sensors for homing and BL Touch for ABL only) I have done a heating test for both bed and hot-ends; everything is working fine, except; the status light in the "middle" of the board keeps flashing. Why? Anyone have any idea? (See photo; circled and arrowed; yes it is off in the picture, 50/50 chance, innit 😉 . Trust me, it's flashing. Also; yes; only 5 motors for a 7 motor set-up; I only have 5 spar…

I have pasted the Knomi gcode from the BTT Github Repo which leads you to this page: https://bigtreetech.github.io/docs/KNOMI.html# The issue is that when I select Home All or G28 X....G28 X or G28 Z. it comes up with the error attached. I have contacted BTT Tech Support but no response. From the help I have received from Voron Discord, it looks like it is an issue with "The knomi g28 macro only works with safe_z_home, not homing_override." I am running sensor-less homing so it is configured differently. You would think there would be You tube videos or some sort of tech support on this? Any help would be …

I had been using this board with Klipper successfully for many months now on an Ender 3. However, I moved the board to an external enclosure, and the USB stopped working. I attempted to connect via UART2 after flashing to UART2-specific firmware but also had no success there. I have tried re-flashing back to USB and am no longer having success with flashing firmware. I am even trying to push standard Marlin firmware from your Github site as a test. It no longer creates a file "firmware.cur" on the SD card when I attempt to power it on. I have retrieved stock "firmware.bin" for Ender 3 and included a 2nd copy named "firmware" as well, and no success. I cann…

Hello, I recently purchased the SKR Mini E3 V3 along with the BTT TFT35-E3 V3 display. I installed both units on my Ender 3 Pro last night and everything went fine but could not for the life of me get the SKR firmware to update. I downloaded the precompiled firmware for the BLTouch form BTT's GitHub page, put it on the SD card, renamed it firmware.bin, inserted the SD card in the mainboard SD card slot, and powered up the printer. The first time I tried this I got an error on the screen saying something like "EEPROM size to large" or nothing like that. That only happened the first time. Now when I try updating nothing happens, the printer just powers up like it would…

Hello I own a Biqu B1 since last august and am quite satisfied with it. I then wanted to upgrade for the two in one out dual color printing head, which I received yesterday. I installed it this morning, installed all the hardware and successfully updated the software. At first, the E0 could load and unload normally, filament was coming out of the nozzle, then I went to try the E1 (unloaded the E0 filament first), loaded manually the filament and then wanted to fully load via the menu but the motors were stuck and could not load or unload. They make noise so they're trying to move but they can't. I then tried again the E0 filament, which could move free…

I'm planing to use a Manta M8P and CB1 with a EBB42. Now I wanted to ask if I need the U2C? I thought I don't need it because I can plug the EBB42 directly into the CAN Connector on the M8P or am I wrong?

I have a Ender 3 S1 printer skeleton, but am trying to update it with: BTT SKR Mini E3 V3.0 Main Board BTT TFT 35-E3 V3.0 Display BTT SFS V2.0 Filament Sensor and finally a BLTOUCH Sensor Leveling Probe My immediate issue is the TFT35 will not accept/recognize my config.ini file, the TFT35 folder with .BMP and icons, or the language .ini file. My .bin file, when copied to my sd card, will actually attempt an update. But when it reaches 100%, the screen goes BLACK and just sits there in that condition. I have tried varying versions of the .bin file, but nothing comes close to working. I actually have been only able to find source of…

Hi, I'm having trouble with "Error: All LOW". I have a SKR 2 with 5x TMC2209 drivers, purchased from Amazon. I checked, and this is rev B. I started with custom marlin build, but then switched to SKR 2 marlin from github when troubleshooting. At first, it was only a problem with E0. But then I shut off the board, swapped the drivers around, and it's a problem on all drivers! Here's my testing: E1 unplugged: Recv: Driver registers: Recv: X 0x00:00:00:00 Bad response! Recv: Y 0xC0:0E:00:00 Recv: Z 0x00:00:00:00 Bad response! Recv: E 0x00:00:00:00 Bad response! Recv: Recv: Recv: Testing…

Hi, I've got two printers, each with an EBB36 CANbus board connected to a Manta M5P. On both I have configured the hot end heat sink fan to come on at 50c. That works on both without issue. The problem is with the parts cooling fan. On the one printer it works as expected, but the other does not. On the 'weird one' it is always on. Moving the slider to 0%, or a value lower than 100% on the mainsail GUI does not appear to make any difference at all. I am pretty sure I've configured everything correctly (since the config is largely copied from the working one), and I've double and triple checked the wiring. Does anyone have any idea what might cause this? The sing…

I bought a BIQU Microprobe v2 last month to replace a budget probe that was causing me grief; interference issues and other headaches. I found the BIQU much less prone to dropping, along with improved accuracy, smaller size, and the mounting brackets were a nice touch - thank you. HOWEVER, after it initially working for a week, it is now not working at all, and with it connected, the control board will not start. If I unplug the probe, the board starts up fine. Backstory: While attempting to re-wire how I connect the probe, via something called the "waggster mod" (where I replace an LED lamp on the extruder with the probe), I got to a point where nothing was wor…
