I want to replace the Filament Gears in my H2 witht he newer Nano-Coated ones that look like they are a bit sharper and might not clog as easily BUT I can't figure out how to get the PIN out of the Handle that has the Filament gear. At least on mine, the pin sits FLUSH with the top of the Handle so there is nothing to grip to put it out. I tried glueing a small bolt to it to pull out with no success. Anyone replaced the Gears with the Nano-Coated ones and how did you get the pin out?

Hello, I do not know where to start with this issue. Trying to setup my Klipper installation to run Canbus to the Print head etc. I can program the head board without issues but when I try to enter DFU mode on the Btt U2C board I cannot get it to go into the mode. The Green and Blue LED are always on and I cannot turn them off, Aslo the STM32 Cube Programmer will not see the device. I have tried everything I can find on the web to enter the DFU mode to no avail. Any Ideas on how to force this mode on a U2C module, Powering up whilst holding the Boot Button does nothing. The LED do not change mode or anything different.

I have 2 questions: First, how do I print from the tablet from a usb drive? I plugged in the usb drive but the tablet and klipper do not see it. Second, I can upload files from my mac from the web interface, however when I got to print them it says unable to open gcode. I tried the visualizer and it opened the file. It says unable to open gcode from the tablet and web interface. I tried 3 different files and they all have the same issue. It shows the file but will not open it to print.

I have a CR 10 mini and and a SKR Mini E3 V2 as board and a TFT 35 as screen. I tried both options and did set everything right up. First I tried to plug it in E0-Stop on to the motherboard directly. Then i tried to plug it into the screen. here my configs files of Marlin and the Screen. https://github.com/bigtreetech/smart-filament-detection-module/files/8455734/configs.zip and I made the same post on github: https://github.com/bigtreetech/smart-filament-detection-module/issues/26

I am trying to place the BTT 5160 V1.3 in software SPI mode but if (ioin.sd_mode) { Serial.println("Driver is hardware configured for Step & Dir mode"); while(true); // abort("Driver configured for internal motion controller interface"); It fails with the message "Driver is hardware configured for Step & Dir mode" I have looked for the manual for the V1.3 stepstick but could only find the V1 manual, does anybody know how I can configure this board? Thanks

I would like to use the ADXL 345 by connecting it to the SPI1 port, using the Klipper firmware. Searching the web, I found a configuration that seems to work: [adxl345] axes_map: x,-y,z cs_pin: PC7 spi_bus: spi1 but rather than using the PC7 pin for the CS I would like to use the appropriate NSS pin, which is on the SPI1 connector, but I don't know how to address it. Is it enough to use spi_bus: spi1 without specifying the cs_pin?

Hi all, I have a problem with a can bus card SB2209, the two red and green leds have gone off and klipper doesn't restart completely and remains waiting, I checked the power supply and everything is ok (the proximity sensor connected to the SB2209 has the led lit), I tried to remove power to the SB2209 and klipper tells me that it can no longer find the board, I tried to restart everything several times but nothing happened, I tried the reset button on the SB2209 but nothing. do you have ideas?

I have purchased 2 of the S42C V1.1 kits to install on my ender 3 printer. I installed it on a new SKR V1.4 Turbo control board. I've seen several videos on Youtube and I'm having issues. The 1st is a TMC connection error. The kit doesn't specify which driver to select in Marlin firmware (Bugfix 2.1.x). I found in one video instructing me to comment on the 2 stepper motors which are TMC2208 by default (X & Y). But the code above in the video stating if they are commented then the firmware will default to A4988 is missing in my firmware. Please tell me which driver I need to use so I can try manually programming it in Marlin. Also after calibrating both Stepper motors …

I'm having issues with the wifi connection randomly dropping. I'm certain it's not the router because all other devices stay connected. Is there a log file where klipper stores its WiFFi logs/activity? Thanks

Hello, I cannot get any reading (always reports zero and firmware emergency shutdown) connecting either a PT100 or PT1000 to the MAX31865. I don't know what I should be looking for to confirm this is infact the issue? If I disable the extruder all other connected fans and devices work correctly. I have triple checked my .cfg. I don't seem to be able to reach support about this, and want to know if anyone has any troubleshooting or way for me to confirm this is the issue.

Hello all, I am trying to install a Creality CR touch on my BIQU Hurakan because I cannot get a new microprobe from the BIQU store. (out of stock) When plugging in the CR touch into the M4P board, I get nothing. No lights and no control via mainsail. Do I need to change the printer cfg? Or change the wiring? (even though it seems the same as a BIQU microprobe)

Wondering if there’s a set of Pre-crimped wires to connect BTT Manta M8P to Voron 2.4 peripheral devices? I’m not great at wire crimping and want solid connections

Hi I know I should of brought a real printer. However it just works and for a visually impaired person it does the job. My biggest issue is the micro SD card. Its too small and gets lost easily. My question is would the BTT TFT-35 display work with my printer? Using a USB stick or WiFi would be better. Thank you for any usful comments. If your thinking how does a blind man create models, I use openScad.

I have the BTT SFS. Since I first installed it, I have been having problems with feeding filament in. It is rare that the filament will just go right in, other times I basically have to use a pair of pliers to putch the filament thru but most of the time I just unplug it and bypass it. Is there a tesion adjustment or something to loosen it up so filament will go in easier? Yes, I am using PTFE on the input and the outpput.
