SKR 2.0 Rev B in Ender 5, when EEPROM writing is enabled the system only boots to the marlin version screen and no status info page.

Loaded a basic marlin 2.0.9.3 configuration:
1. Line 99 change the bd type to the "BOARD_BTT_SKR_V2_0_REV_B"
2. Line 110 change the serial port to "-1"
3. Line 864, 865, 866, 875, change to the "2208" stepper drivers I am using
4. Line 2475, enable "#define CR10_STOCKDISPLAY".

I also changed to the correct environment:  BIGTREE_SKR_2_F429, in platformio.ini.

that works fine, I can move the steppers ok. But when I just change:

Line 1834 #define EEPROM_SETTINGS, with that enabled I only get the marlin bootscreen showing marlin version.

The system is an Ender 5 with the original LCD display.
