Printer screen keeps freezing and not responding

My BIQU-B1 3D printer is having an issue in which it is displaying a "Busy Processing, Please wait..." error and the screen freezes and it stays that way until the printer is reset. (no matter how much time has passed the only way to unfreeze it is to reset it.) it happens often during the printing process and if there is an issue ie: the philipment runs out or there is a leveling issue the I cannot pause the printer or use babystep and it will keep trying to print and the only way to stop it is to reset the whole printer and trash the current print.

2.What version is for your motherboard?

3.Does your printer was in the marlin mode?

4.Do you have the spare motherboard or stock display?

You need to take apart the bottom of the printer to have a look at  the motherboard.
