Hello, I have installed the SKR MINI E3 V2.0 card on my Ender3 pro. On the printer I also installed the double z axis. With the M906 command I see that the current delivered to the Z axis is 580 mA and is perhaps too low to correctly drive the 2 motors in parallel. I am going to increase the current to 1000mA. (M906 Z1000) The question is whether the integrated TMC2209 driver is capable of delivering this current or I risk damage to the card. Thank you

Hello there. Yesterday my octopus V1. 1 arrived. I connected everything and compiled a fresh firmware.bin and formatted my 8bg SD card. I put the card on the board and power it on. Status led is blinking for 3-4 seconds and then it blinks slowly. I wait for 30 seconds and then check the sd card and the firmware.bin file is still there and it didn't create a firmware.cur file. I tried to reformat, different sd cards, resetting the board with the reset button a couple of times with no luck the same thing happening. No firmware.cur file is created. Can I please have your help? Thanks a lot

Hello all, I purchased the BTT SKR 2 mother board (the good version with 2 stickers on the board, I believe called version B) from micro center and the BTT TMC2209 V1.2 Stepper Motor Driver (UART mode) from BTT amazon store with the plan to replace an old MKS mother board/stepper drivers 84982 combo. I installed the new SKR 2 board and drivers and programed the I board with the machine settings. The issue I am having is how loud the printer is with the new drivers. I thought 2209's were quite? When the printer moves it is louder than the old drivers. I believed I set up the new SKR board to accept the correct jumper configuration for the steppers. I believe th…

Hello, I have changed my Ender 3 Pro board with the BTT SKR Mini E3 V2.0 and the TFT35 screen. Also I have installed a Creality BLTouch. I have follow on YouTube your guide on how to install the BLTouch and the firmware changes. With VS everything went well. Put the firmware.bin on a sd-card, less than 8gb and formatted correctly. After put the sd-card in the printer slot the firmware was updated succesfuly. After power off the printer and turn it back on I got the error: Failed to enable Bed Leveling. What went wrong? The BLTouch I installed on the board and as follow. I have removed the Z_endstop and placed one part on the Z_Endstop and the other near the screen kabel. …

Hi! I have an Ender 5 with said motherboard, and until today when I got my Cr-touch delivered to me everything has workd reasonable well, some parts has released from the bed, a startup of the machine has required a trim of the bed, but not much more serious then that. How ever, i check on your Github page, and download a new firmware that should help me install the CR-Touch and when I flash it to the board everything is plain blue, as it should be, but its still blue after 2-3 minutes, heck, even after an hour, and this with different firmware variants... What has gone wrong here? *Note*: I hadnt even plugged in the sensor to the board before I flashed the firmwa…

I have a problem to submit to you, I took a skr 1.4 turbo, I compiled the firmware, for the moment still marlin, and unable to install it from platfomio, I installed it from sd, and up to here everything is fine, the problem is that after inserting the firmware, the card no longer connects to usb, if I re-compile the different firmware and load it, the card will re-program correctly, at least I think, since the .bin firmware changes extension as it should, I thought I had I fucked the card the first time, and I had it replaced, now same thing, has any of you happened? advice? sorry for my bad english ..

Hello, I'm trying to setup the Anycubic predator with the SKR mini V2 and klipper. I have a few problems and questions: How can I connect a third fan to the SKR mini? The Anycubic Predator has sensors for the x-y-z homing that require 5v. Where is the best place to get 5v from the board? Can I connect the ground and signal pin to the x-y-z endstops and get 5v from another connection on the board? I'm making the printer.cfg file myself now. If there already is a printer config file for the Anycubic predator with the SKR mini V2 that would be awesome! Kind regards, MStar

Good afternoon! I bought a relay, read the documentation for this device. ( https://github.com/bigtreetech/BIGTREETECH-Relay-V1.2/blob/master/BIGTREETECH Relay V1.2/BIGTREETECH Relay V1.2/Relay V1.2-Operating Instruction.pdf ) But I couldn't find a pinout. Could you provide a pinout diagram? I also ask you to tell me if additional power is required for the board to work?

Is there any instruction on how to get the homing to function while using the CR-Touch unit? Using either of the firmware for the BL-Touch, the X and Y home properly, then the Z does nothing or runs up rather than moving down to the contacting position.

Hi all, I'm new to the Bigtree-tech community for 3D printing although I have used the TMC chips for self built camera control systems hence bought a Biqu B1 as my first 3D printer. Am now wondering if this might have been a mistake as after a few successful prints I am now finding every print fails at around 15%. The printer simply freezes with no error code or notification of a problem. PAUSE or STOP on the touch screen do not have any effect so switching off the mains power is the only option. Upon restart the print can be resumed but the freeze reoccurs after another 15% to 20% progress (and the alignment is not good enough to produce a useable print). …

Hello, I'm currently working on setting up the Hermit Crab Can Edition with a BTT Octopus v1.1 and Raspberry PI 3B+. I have completed the wiring and have started to try to configure Klipper. I currently have Mainsail installed and it is recognizing my octopus board. I am trying to get my raspberry pi to recognize the CAN-HotMode board. I have followed the steps on the github and have flashed the new firmware to the board. When I get to the step of running dmesg | grep -i '\(can\|spi\)', I am not getting the expected output. I am only getting: [ 97.663614] can: controller area network core [ 97.674453] can: raw protocol It is not showing MCP2515 success…

Hi, I downloaded the source code for Marlin from your GitHub (https://github.com/bigtreetech/Marlin/tree/SKR-mini-E3-V3.0-G0B1) but am having systematic issues with fan pins during compilation: "You cannot set E0_AUTO_FAN_PIN equal to FAN_PIN." I change almost nothing from you source (just changed the display controller to MKS Mini 12864) but always get this error. I modified nothing about fan pins and made sure to connect the hot-end fan to Fan1 and the part cooling fan to Fan0. I would appreciate any help with this. Thanks. Francis.

I have installed it and gotten everything to work except for the EZABL config. I have the sensorless homing, all of the menus working, BTT 3.5 TFT working in serial and gui mode. There are a few attempts at instructions out there but they are never complete. I need to know the following. 1. What pins on the board to use. (The config seems to be significantly altered by people who have gotten it to work.) 2. What lines in the config to edit prior to compiling the firmware. (I know how to set all of the offsets etc. and how to see if it is being triggered, but I just cant get it to do so.) Please help. Thank you for your time and attention…
