BTT Pi V1.2 no power over usb c?

My BTT Pi V1.2 arrived today. I flashed the sd card with the official image from the bigtreetech github site with (tested this scenario with raspberry pi imager and balenaEtcher). After flashing the sd card i added my wifi in the system.cfg file, plugged the jumper to the connector (J8) like the manual explained and connected a usb c cable. But the BTT Pi V1.2 will not connect to my wifi. Also i recognized, that the small LED ( LED3) is not powered. To be honest, no LED is on.
