Hi all,

 

my H2 500C has been working fine, however, within the last 5 minutes I got a heating error on my Ender 6 and now from what I can tell the cartridge is no longer heating up.

 

Printer otherwise works fine, just the extruder will not respond to temperature setting intructions. I have confirmed that the wiring is fine and intact.

 

Can anyone please advise? or Can Biqu staff please get in touch with regards to warrenty/cartridge replacement?
