I have acquired a SKR3 mini V3 board and having connected everything correctly, when starting the heating process of the hotend reaching 140 degrees it emits a "beep" sound and gives the following warning, "heating Failed: E1 PRINTER HALTED Please Reset". I have checked the connections well, the thermistor seems to work correctly and I can not find the problem, I thought it was the board and I sent the previous one under warranty, but having received the second one, the problem continues. I need urgent help. I´m trying to install it in a Ender 3.

I have an M8P and I'm trying to wire a 3 wire brushless fan to the fan 4 header. I know you can run 3 wire fans on 4 wire PWM headers I just don't know what pin you are supposed to use as the output pin. The pinout states PE4,PC13,VF4,GND. PC13 is were the tach wire connects, PE4 is unused. So what pin should I configure as the output pin? I just need on and off control, speed control not required.

Hello, I have been having trouble after trouble getting my Twotrees sapphire plus SP5 printer to use klipper or octopi. I have other issues with the MKS_Robin_nano v1.3 board also. I was told to switch to a BTT Octopus V1.1 and use my raspberry pi to make my printer work the way it really should. Is there any instructions, or steps you could direct me to that would help me get this upgrade up and running? Thanks again, Lumindesign

Hi I have a ender 3 and replaced the board yesterday with a SKR mini E3 V3 and a tft 35 V3. the problem is the display shows the ambient temperature as 85 and will not heat up until I set bed temp above this. the wiring is correct the thermistors are in the correct plugs, the resistance reads 101K the solder joints are fine, when I unplug the thermistor the display still shows 85 degrees ambient

We are trying to use the BTT ESP-07S board on the BTT Octopus Pro V1.0 board to connect to the wifi. We have three Octopus pro V1.0 boards. We are using ESP3D. We could easily flash the ESP3D firmware on ESP-07S and the first Octopus pro board connected to the wifi. But when we tried with other two boards the boards are not connecting to the wifi. On one board when we insert the ESP-07S the LCD display does not turn on. We have used Serial_port 3 and Serial_port_2 -1 configurations in Marlin firmware. If anybody has information on this problem please help.

The problem boils down to the difficulty of extrusion by the printer. In the first 200 mm of extrusion the filament comes out particularly well, but after that there is a huge force on the extruder making the extrusion motor unable to push the filament. To try to remedy the problem, I have already tried to change and adjust the extrusion motor, I bought new nozzles and I set the temperature at maximum extrusion and even so, the filament continues to do the same behavior. I've had the printer for a year and it has rarely given me any difficulties, now this problem has arisen which I can't solve, with the printer stopped for two months. Do you have any suggestions a…

Some months ago I purchased the H2 500*C extruder, today I purchased the SKR E3 V3.0. This motherboard is newer than the one illustrated in the instruction manual, will the instructions be any different for this board?

My hurakan printer worked fine out of the box on day1, on day 2 I see under machine tab that many software updates including Klipper & Moonraker were pending. I clicked on update all and after updating and restarting I cannot communicate with the printer. I do not even know the login/password on this machine so I could connect via putty and try a command line recovery. It would be great if anyone could help me recover this printer like a full firmware restore if that is the only way out

Has anyone managed to get an ADXL345 working on SPI1 on the Manta M8P? I have set the adxl345 in the printer.cfg in Klipper and connected the the sensor as below but the MCU crashes on boot and reports that it cannot connect to moonraker. [adxl345] spi_bus: spi1 cs_pin: PB15 ADXL345 is wired as below: SCL – PA5 SCK SDA – PA7 MOSI SDO – PA6 MISO CS – PB15 VCC – 3.3V GND – GND In this state the ls /dev/serial/by id/ returns a no such device or folder exists. If I disconnect the ADXL345 from the board it boots with no issues. Can anyone shed any light on this at all?

I'm getting "Bad Response" and "Error: All LOW" on the Driver 3 socket (I driver) of my Octopus Pro V1.0 board no matter which TMC2209 drivers I install or motors I connect. Moving the proven good drivers from the Z or E sockets into the I socket doesn't fix it. Also, this socket alone doesn't allow for the Marlin microstep config to change the driver behavior (regardless of interpolation being enabled/disabled), and it seems to be controlling the motors at 100steps/rev instead of the expected 200. I've eliminated the possibilities of bad drivers and motor issues, so the indicators point to a bad socket. How should I proceed? (I purchased the board via Amazon.) Disclai…

BIQU BX TFT screen does not display the image of the sliced g-code files, except for the Benchy, and another 2 files that were initially on the micro SD card, that came along with the printer. Cura does not give an option to save the sliced file as ".tft", just as plain ".G-code" What am i missing?

I have a Biqu B1 and installed an Ant Labs BL Touch. The BL Touch responds to all commands. I set it up as best I could using YouTube videos and I map the bed. But when I go to print, it prints about an inch above the bed. I haven't found what seems to be a fix for this problem. I also notice that my Marlin version doesn't have a Z offset wizard, so I used the probe offset. I've sent a support ticket in, but they never responded to one I sent in 3 months ago about another issue. So I'm guessing the support ticket is just a scam and only has an e-mail auto-responder to make it look like there's one. Anyway, if anyone has encountered this issue and has a solution, …

I have an old Printrbot Plus and the board failed. I'm trying to bring the printer back into operation and have installed the SKR Mini E3 V3 board with the TFT35 display. I'm having a problem configuring the firmware for the TFT display. Since there are so many options and settings, it's a problem figuring out which way to go. Is it SPI or I2C or neither? The documentation for the display is really lacking in details, so I don't know what I need to do to configure it. In the end, I'm basically hopng to turn my Printrbot Plus into an Ender E3 Pro simulator. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Al Murphy

I am not able to finish a auto level at all. It stops after 3 checks when I start the auto level process. I have reflash the firmware and no change at all. The prints are not very good as the right side of the bed is higher than the left it seems. I am at a loss, please help. Thanks John

I installed the M8P in my Ender 5 Plus (currently the M8P is the only mod I've done) whenever I start heating the bed it pulls 16A and blows the fuse. Any idea what could cause this or suggestions on what to check for?

Hello I' recently upgraded my ender 3 pro with the BIGTREETECH SKR Mini E3 V3.0 Control Board and BIGTREETECH TFT35 E3 V3.0.1 Touch Screen Display with a Bl touch every thing seems fine except after a attempting abouut a 12 to 15 hour print the hot end just stops with error "to long extrusion". I'm running the bin file software on Big Trees Git hub page where I took 2 wires from the Bl Touch and plugged the in to the boards Z end stop port. Was wondering if any one with this set up that has it working would let me download their pre compiled soft ware so I can move on in life. I tried myself but all I get in Vs Code is errors inspite of trying for many hours. Or if an…

My BiQu B1 was working fine until recently. Now, all of a sudden, I'm getting 60% part failures. I'm using Cura slicer and OctoPrint on a Raspberry Pi 3B. The problem is I randomly lose control of my x-axis. The hot end goes out of control and slams into the mechanical stops. I suspect I'm losing communication. To rule out OctoPrint and my Pi, I removed these components from the equation, and now I'm printing 100% from the BiQu B1 printer itself using a MicroSD card with my gcode file. The same problem persists. I have been putting my MicroSD card in the display slot. I read a post where it was mentioned that the display can occasionally disconnect from the logic board, a…

I need to obtain a Marlin firmware build for my 3D printer. I have a rebuilt printer using a BigTreeTech SKR Mini E3 V2.0, which was a Geeetech A20. I have downloaded the Marlin files from the BigTreeTech website for the Ender 3, and as I need to change the bed size to 250 x 250 x 250mm and BLTouch, it always errors out by saying a missing '('. Can someone advise me where I can obtain error free Marlin firmware, please. Thank you.

I've been getting what look like ripples or waves across my prints at the first layers. Sometimes it gets "evened out" with successive layers, often not. This is a behavior I've never seen in over two years with my Ender Pro 3. Anyone ever seen this? I've checked all the first layer speed, layer height and fan settings. Nothing obvious seems amiss, but I'm sure I'm missing something obvious. Thank you.
