I bought a Biqu B1 SE Plus and it has a issue where it won't finish Auto Leveling.

I am not able to finish a auto level at all. It stops after 3 checks when I start the auto level process. I have reflash the firmware and no change at all. The prints are not very good as the right side of the bed is higher than the left it seems. I am at a loss, please help.
