TMC2209 "Error: All LOW" - Bad Socket?

I'm getting "Bad Response" and "Error: All LOW" on the Driver 3 socket (I driver) of my Octopus Pro V1.0 board no matter which TMC2209 drivers I install or motors I connect. Moving the proven good drivers from the Z or E sockets into the I socket doesn't fix it. Also, this socket alone doesn't allow for the Marlin microstep config to change the driver behavior (regardless of interpolation being enabled/disabled), and it seems to be controlling the motors at 100steps/rev instead of the expected 200. I've eliminated the possibilities of bad drivers and motor issues, so the indicators point to a bad socket. How should I proceed? (I purchased the board via Amazon.)

Disclaimer: I power down the board and allow time for dissipation with every change I ever make.

The high RMS & MAX currents stand out as odd.

I did everything possible to find another culprit, but the results kept isolating the problem to a bad socket. I just initiated a return to Amazon.
