How to configure TFT35 display in Configuration.h for Use with SKR Mini E3 V3

I have an old Printrbot Plus and the board failed. I'm trying to bring the printer back into operation and have installed the SKR Mini E3 V3 board with the TFT35 display. I'm having a problem configuring the firmware for the TFT display. Since there are so many options and settings, it's a problem figuring out which way to go.  Is it SPI or I2C or neither? The documentation for the display is really lacking in details, so I don't know what I need to do to configure it. In the end, I'm basically hopng to turn my Printrbot Plus into an Ender E3 Pro simulator. Any help would be appreciated.
