I get the halt printer and reset heater failed E1. I only get it when I am trying to print a part. I can preheat to any temp the bed and the hotend. And if I try to print after it has reached temp and should be ready to go it slams to a halt. I don't understand hot it can preheat to any temp correctly then not print. I changed the print head and got the same result. The first time it happened it was in the middle of a print. David

Just bought a Huracan from Microcenter. I'm getting this error message no matter what I do. I've seen others reference making a change to config files but no success for me so far. How can I fix this? And before Biqu asks me to submit a ticket, I tried that. The form requires certain fields that I don't have info for. Like a purchase ID.

I am trying to remove the fan shroud of my BIQU B1 SE1 Plus to change the blue PTFE tube. I am not able to fit wrench on it to unscrew it while the fan shroud is on. After I remove the screws on the back of the hot end I still cannot remove the shroud. Can someone tell me how to remove the shroud or unscrew the PTFE tube? TY!

Hi, What steps are needed to install H2 V2S Lite extruder on my Biqu B1 SE Plus? Detailed instructions please! RATIONALE: - the most important: the filament clogs inside of the heatsink tube. The heatsink is incapable of cooling down the material - the fan is too weak, to heatsink is too small, etc. - bowden solution yields good quality prints only if I decrease the head acceleration, which prolongs the print time a lot

Hi Folks, I had an issue with my B1 recently where 9 hours into a 9 1/2 hour print it lost power. It still had power to it so I turned it off and on and started heating up the bed again. As it was getting up to temp it shorted our again with a noticeable sparking sound. I took the bed off to trouble shoot the connections to the bed as it turn off at one point when I touched/moved the bed and then again when I wiggled the thermistor wires going into the bed. That was the last it powered up. I've checked the main fuse and that's OK and I've got 120v to the end of the plug so it's not the easy things. Before I start ripping the guts out of it has anyone go…

I launched a 3D print with my B1 printer late before going home as the print was lasting 9 hours. Everything looks fine at first. But when I came back this morning the PLA got stuck inside the extruder head. Somebody has a solution? Can I open and remove the PLA in the extruder? How should I do that? Heat? Cheers, Erik

Hello everyone. I would like to ask for help with an issue related to my BIQU B1 printer. I am a beginner in 3D printing, and this is my first printer, so I'm not quite adept at solving the problems that arise. My printer is a BIQU B1, with the BTT SKR V1.4 control board, and apparently a BTT Legend Box V1.0 communication board (I'm not exactly sure of the name) with the Hot-end . I had to disassemble it for a renovation in my house, and when I reassembled it, I forgot to connect the USB-C cable between the base of the printer and the hotend. Consequently, I received the "printer not attached" message on the display, and I made the mistake of connecting this USB-C ca…

So, I just got my first 3D printer 2 days ago, and I'm trying to pause a print so I can resume it later. When I press the pause button it only says "purgemore" and "continue". I want to pause the print and shutdown the pinter overnight is it possible to do so?

Typical situation is during bed levelling: anfter some correct grid points it shart to jump very fast. Is therer any idea what can be the root cause and how can i repair the printer?

I have a B1 printer that I love. I am attempting to upgrade my mainboard from SKR 1.4 Turbo to SKR 3EZ with the new Microprobe. Are there any preconfigured Marlin configurations that I can download to get this working? I'm old and know nothing at all about coding, so going into the Marlin firmware and changing it myself is turning out to be pure gibberish to me. Any help would be great!

The printer starts up by homing, then it raises the Z axis almost 1 3/4 of an inch, at which point it trys to ABL and fails when it comes down about an inch.

Hey guys and gals. I have a BIQU B1 and one of the blower fans on the side of my hot end is making noise for a few minutes after it starts turning. I looked on the BIQU site for a replacement fan but couldn't find them. I found replacement fans on amazon but I need to know if I need 5V, 12V or 24V fans. I searched on the forums and could not find any info on this. Which voltage fans do I need? Thanks in advance. Chris.

The day before yesterday I was running a print job on my BQB1 printer, then it started slamming the x-axis end stops so I powered it off. Upon restarting it showed thermal shut down error, kill called so I turned it back off . Then one of the several times of powering it off and on, it showed No printer connected . I purchased this printer from micro center in January of 2023, it has the SKRV 1.4 non-turbo Motherboard. I sent a tech support request the same day and have not heard back from them . Has anyone had the same issue with this printer? Thank you.
