H2 upgrade to B1 printer

Hi Folks,

 

I'm attempting to upgrade my B1 with an H2 extruder and it's not going as well as I had hoped for.  The one thing that I cant work out is if I need the adaptor board or not?  I bought the kit for upgrading the B1 and the BigTree YouTube video shows there is an adaptor board needed, but they dont have the MAX31865 V2 driver shown and that is the only board that was in the kit.  So far this upgrade has been a nightmare as there were no cables in the kit, although there was supposed to be and the instructions are terrible and there is nothing that I can find on YouTube that helps.

 

Any suggestions anyone?
