My biqu b1 printer gives mextemp e1 error, neither the hottend nor the bed gets heated, although it does not heat up, it shows either 270 degrees or 0 degrees and all this happened after I installed BL touch, I checked my cables, there is no problem, what could be the problem? I installed marlin for bltouch, maybe that's why, if so, how can I delete the marlin firmware, please help me.
