Hello guys.  Anybodi can help me.  Mi biqu b2 dual . Shows this menssage when do autoleveling option. And and extrusor touch the bed.

Hi... I had the same problem.
It was solved, as I remember, tightening the screw in the hotend, and reviewing cables connections in the hotend small boar.
