Hurakan included SD card requires format for Windows to recognize, cannot connect to WIFI

Hello, I just purchased a Hurakan printer and so for everything has been smooth with the setup, however the included SD card is not recognized by Windows and asks me to format the card and delete all of the data, which would render it useless as there does not seem to be any way to download the software to replace it. I need help otherwise I won't even be able to connect to the printer and will have to return it to the store.
