I have installed a h20 extruder on the sacond x carriage and installed a max31865 but can’t get it to work with e1. If I were to install it on e0 I would lose the abl via the b1’s strain gauge. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

ive had so many issues with this printer since day one..and ive only had it about a month.. id like to return it, but one of the support guys said that it would be too expensive to return it, so they sent me a new part(complete hotend, etc)... the new one was defective as well...so now it's been a month and i still cant use my new printer.. i shouldve taken the reviews a bit more serious about these printers... so bad hotend(clogged again)...broken wires...and screen restarts if you push the buttons or knob too many times..or just about any reason.. service004@biqu3d.com …

I have been trying now for 5 days on getting ahold of tech support. I send in to get an email verification email, but one never arrives. I have emailed all the support emails, and nothing back from those. I have even went as far as going on twitter and asking there, which i did get a response, but never heard back. My Hurakan has been down now 5 days with major issues.

We ordered a printer a month ago. Biqu sent the accessories in one package but never sent the printer. Their tracking shows that it is package 2/2 and that is has not been sent. Have other people had problems with Biqu not sending products and not responding? What should I do?

I just finished assembling my B1 SE Plus, and I can't get it to autobed level. It heats up to the first setting then cools down then it starts the bed leveling in the middle the hot end touches the plate twice goes to the far back left corner touches the plate twice and then the hot plate moves all the way to the back to the home position and the hot end moves to the far left to its home position and it stops. On the screen after it touches the center of the plate it briefly shows a message showing one of 36 points and then after the Z axis moves to its home location it says setting stored and it goes back to the autobed leveling menu. I have reset the settings for or fiv…

Hi All, Could you please assist me with this? I had a print going (printing as usual) when I heard from my room the printer giving an error. When I started investigating, I saw scorch marks on my USB-C cable (on the hotend side). Please refer to the images. I am unsure as to where to begin with troubleshooting. Could someone perhaps assist me with this, please? Hi, I had a horrible clog in my hotend housing today and when I reheated it to get the pla out , I grabbed a couple of wires. Now the nozzle temperature reads -14. Does anyone know where these two wires belong? I have included pics that may or may not help. Thanks.

I am super new to all of this and I can't figure out why my printer has stopped working. I was trying to print and it was going good at first, then it suddenly jumped over about an inch and started printing everything in the wrong spot. I canceled the print, cleared off everything, changed the filament (since I didn't have enough for what I wanted to do anyway), and tried to restart it but I kept getting an error. I've narrowed it down to the bed not wanting to go all the way back. I have nothing close to it so it's not blocked by anything. There's no debris anywhere that might be affecting it. If I try to use the "home" function it will move back, but slows dow…

I recently was printing a very long/large file and the filament runout sensor tripped, which is what I would expect. What I didn't expect was that as soon as I touched the gantry, the gantry dropped to the build plate because the stepper motor was no longer powered. The printer had also dropped my bed temp and nozzle temps. Effectively, at 99% of the print being done, the printer had cancelled my print. I went looking in the config files for the Pause macro (found under mainsail.cfg) and I find this: [gcode_macro PAUSE] description: Pause the actual running print rename_existing: PAUSE_BASE gcode: {% if printer.virtual_sdcard.is_active == True %} …

By copying the Firmware.bin to the card, you don't see anything different, it doesn't update and the printer connects as usual without updating.....do I have to update the display first and then the card? let me know, thanks

So my hot end on my Hukrakan got clogged and I took it all apart to clean it, interestingly enough I found there is an actual short length of PTFE tube in the heat break tube (it had melted causing the clog) which is fine, I assumed it was all metal as it has the appearance of a phaetus dragonfly hot end but obviously not. When reinstalling the heat break I snapped it off inside of the heater block. I now have a broken hot end - through my own fault. I have reached out to Biqu asking for a link to a complete replacement hot end which is the same as the original but have had no reply - I wish to purchase a few in case but I cannot find it on their site it’s only the u…

I've just purchased a B1_SE_Plus and I'm trying to set it up. The manual is printed extremely small, and I can't make out the printer configuration settings. I am using the recommended Ultimaker Cura, but when I go to select printer the options are B1, B1 ABL, and BX. None of these is the B1 SE Plus. Looking at the settings themselves, I can see that they are different between the manual and what selecting the B1 printer in the above selection process gives. But I can't make out what the correct settings are due to incredibly tiny print. Can anyone help with configuring the printer for the B1 SE Plus? Thanks in advance Mike

So I thought out of the box my Hurakan was ready to go so I never investigated things like does the runout sensor work. I am very new to Klipper so forgive the dumb question. How do I enable print to pause when I run out of plastic?

I am trying to install the RPi driver for v3.0 motherboard and get "the current OS_version is not in the support list, pleae pay attention to out next updates" The OS I installed is OctoBTT_Octopi.img What am I doing wrong? Really finding the raspberry pi integration to be a nightmare on this thing. The usb port and SD card slots on the screen board dont work either.

I am fairly new to 3d printers but do have some experience on a Monoprice IIIP printer. I purchased the BIQU-B1 SE PLUS for the bigger build plate and auto-leveling feature but after assembly, when I power it up, I am getting a SD INIT FAILURE and the touchscreen menu does not appear to be functioning as it should. Just got this today and am kind of disappointed, any suggestion on what to do to fix this?

I’ve been printing just fine and all of a sudden my printer bed will not heat.I get a heat failed:bed error message. I’ve checked the connections to the motherboard and everything looks fine. Could this be a thermistor in the bed? How would I fix this. Really not sure how to solve this issue. Please help.
