Biqu never shipped our printer

We ordered a printer a month ago. Biqu sent the accessories in one package but never sent the printer. Their tracking shows that it is package 2/2 and that is has not been sent.

Have other people had problems with Biqu not sending products and not responding?

What should I do?

I have emailed Biqu for a week now. I have also submitted a support ticket. Still no response. Are there problems with the company?

I order a mother board and other accessories about a month and half ago and my order does not show that it has been shipped.  Tried contacting Biqu several times no response.

I have tried all of the support emails and got no response. 

They did send some accessories they had in stock.

I guess I will have to get a refund through PayPal protection ... but I would prefer if they just shipped my order.

If any one from Biqu or Bigtree-tech  reads this - thanks... You should make sure your web notification works, and that support emails and center are responsive. Both the web tracking and your support failed completely, which caused unnecessary worry.

Its a blessing in disguise ....Get a refund as they link to submit a ticket does nothing as they dont answer .
