Hello! Since I replaced the original extruder of my Artillery X1 by an H2 V2S Revo, I can't print TPU. After a few layers, 3 or 4, the filament jams into the extruder every times. It is the same filament, same spool, I was using with the original extruder, without any issues. I tried with different temperatures, different speeds, different retractions lengths and speeds, but nothing fix this issue. Do you have any advice?

Dear all, it looks like the version 1.3 of the BigTreeTech TMC2209 v1.3 has no support material available. I bought 10 pieces from your Amazon shop - Stepping/Dir manually works, but UART communication does not yet work. The Github Repo at https://github.com/bigtreetech/BIGTREETECH-TMC2209-V1.2 only has the 1.2 manual and schematics - when do you plan to upload the 1.3 manual and schematics? Thanks a lot for your help. PS: I opened already tickets 🙂

I recently purchased an SFS v2.0 to install on my SKR MINI E3 V3 board. There does not appear to be any documentation on how to install the wiring on this board. Where do I plug the 2 cables in? Thanks.

Hello, I am trying to install the BTT SFS1.0 on my CR-10v3 twice bought more than 3 years ago. As I never found accessible tutorial to do it on myself, I have never unboxed the BTT-SFS. Now I am experiencing too many issues with my 3Dprinter so I really need to install thi BTT tool on it. My askings are those ones : - Where on my board may I plug the BTT-SFS ? - How to modify the yet installed Marlin from my printer ? - Which software may I use with MS Windows10x64 to operate it, please ? Thank you for your precious help. Sincerely yours, Francois PS: I am a french guy not so experimented in English, can you us…

Hi all, just got new microprobe v2.0, so i made changes to Marlin firmware as described in manual. But what i get is that the probe deploys, but instead of 1st part fast bed touch and then 2nd accurate touch it only makes 2nd part accurate measurement and after few mm's printer is halted, as it expects bed just to be few mm's far. Tried to change almost every part of bed leveling in Marlin configuration. Did someone have same problem? Any help is appreciated. David

My H2 V2s Revo was working fine last week 2 days ago I finished 2 prints off and this morning switched it on to reprint one of the files previously printed and get this horrible grinding noise which I have now got on camera. It had done something similar a few weeks back but that was a partial clog and the gears were chewing up the end of the filament still inside the housing but it didnt make this amount of noise. I Also found this wear on the underside of the lever gear.

Hello Is it possible to connect SKR3 board to raspi through CAN_OUT port on U2C (instead of connecting SKR3 to Raspi directly with USB cable)? Thanks

Hi, i'm having problems getting my BTT smart filament sensor working on my ender 3 v2 with the v4.2.2 board. When starting my print is automatically goes in to the runout state while there is filament in the sensor. If I check it on the printer display the state of the sensor changes from triggerd to open when the filament is moving but when then the print stops. also when the printer is running and i leave a piece of filament in the sensor the printer wont stop running. I already tried to set the state from high to low but no luck there. Anyone have a fix for this problem ? Configuration.h Configuration_adv.h

Hello! I am interested in purchasing the Biqu Microprobe but I have a question first. While searching the web about this product I have seen different versions such as V1.0, V1.2, and V2.0, is it true that there are several versions of the Microprobe and could someone explain what has changed between the versions? Thank you!

So I have the new BTT Pi V1.2 which is the BTT CB1 standalone Pi alternative that is a complete unit its not the CB1 + Pi4B adapter its a complete unit, I also have the U2C Canbus modules that mount on top of it. Not to be confused with the standalone U2C canbus boards. However I am able to find any documentation for these modules to flash the firmware on them anywhere. Anyone have any experience with these?

Few days ago i bought a set of BTT TMC2130 stepper drivers to use in my FluidNC CNC setup but as it seems they are pretty unusable as they make my motors whine and vibrate way too much.

Hi, I'd like to replace my stock extruder on Ender-6 with the new BIQU H2 V2S Revo. On the same purchase I'd like to order a EBB module with CAN-bus. Which model should I get? Which EBB fits the extruder best? And what's the difference (apart from the Revo nozzle) between a "BIQU H2 V2S Extruder For B1 BX Ender 3/ 3 V2/5/6 CR6/10" vs a "BIQU H2 V2S REVO Extruder"? Does the first come with additional Ender mounting hardware?? (I'm already using Klipper and already have the CAN hat available on my Pi). Regards, Erik

Hello everybody, I purchased the PI TFT50 V2.1 touch screen for my new printer. In the sizes files it only tells you the layout footprint, but nothing about the thicknesses of each part nor the standoff distance for the pi. As I am designing my own housing, I would like to know these measurements as well so I can print my whole enclosure before the arrival of the screen. So what I need to know is: 1)-- screen distance to mount pins surface? 2)-- offset of the pi mounting to either the board or the screen mount surface? If anybody knows these sizes for me that would be a great help. The step files also do not help with this question, they are …

Hi, I received the Stealthburner Can Bus kit. It uses some very tiny JST terminals for the toolhead pcb. As a result, you have to re-terminate a few my existing wires. These are so small that I don't think I can crimp them reliably. Included in the kit are a set of pre-terminated jumpers (very thoughtful addition). However, the jumpers are not labeled and are not mentioned in the documentation. Presumably these are intended to be soldered onto the ends of the exiting wires as a way to avoid having to crimp. My question is -- what size (wire gauge) are these wires? For my thermistor, they have to be 24AWG. I can't tell if these are 24 or 26AWG.

Hi all. Not sure if this is the right place to post, but I am out of options. Recently, the tech who built our RatRig exchanged the BL Touch with the BIQU Microprobe for greater accuracy. Since the beginning, we had a lot of issues but over the last few days, seems to be getting worse. From time to time, we'd start a print and the probe wouldn't retract. As a result, the pin would naturally drag on the printed part. At first, this happened mid print. So it would retract, well after probing, start the print, then the pin would gradually fall out. We noticed that the pin was unscrewing, possibly due to vibrations. We tried to tighten it in by hand, but it kept dropping…

Hi, all. I bought a ZSYong 2-in-1-out mixing hot end a while back to replace the stock hot end on my Geeetech A10M. Got it installed, but it stubbornly refuses to come to temperature. When I insert a 24v 6x20mm heater cartridge and fire it up to 200c, the temp slowly increases to around 100c and levels out, which is what I would expect to see if I plugged a 24v cartridge into a 12v connector. However, when I swapped the cartridge for a 12v one and turned it on, the temperature shot up remarkably quickly, overshot by about 40c, then came back down and started oscillating wildly. Which is the behavior I would expect to see if I plugged a 12v cartridge into a 24v connec…

Hi Forum Folke, Having issues essentially chasing my own tail around in circles... all I'm trying to do here is update to the most recent firmware version, and install the "Round Miracle" icon theme. BTT's provided documentation outlines the steps required to do this clearly enough, but their documentation for upgrading firmware (and documentation on GitHub) specifically states that there are THREE kinds of firmware: V3.0, E3_V3.0, and B1_V30, and that the firmware needs to match what's on the display... and they make no mention of the "GD" version at all. What's on my display currently says: BigTreeTech_GD_TFT35_E3_V3.0. While I can find files in BTT's…

Hallo, I'm new here with my BTT Pad7. Was using a sonic pad to this time but now switched over to the BTT-Pad. What I'm missing is a ceiling mount for the pad. Has somebody already constructed a mount (stl-file?) Something like this : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5858114 THX Jens
