I am replacing my CR10-S4 motherboard V2.1 with a BTT SKR mini E3 V2.0. All of the wires correspond to the board except for the 2-2 pin wire connectors labeled on the CR10-S4 as VIN or always on fans. Where do they go?

What is the solution to this problem?
