bigtreetech github skr mini e3 v2 not update firmware

Hi,

 

I have a alfawise U20 and i bought a bigtreetech github skr mini e3 v2 and a TFT 35 to update it. I start with the official bigthreetech firmware and update it befor the compilation.

I put the firmware.bin in my sd card but... no update... after 10 seconds the printer tell me: no printer connected and after some things are working (moving and extruder fan, no tested the other). I search in forums how to do but no solutions worked (format SD car FAT32, change the firmware.bin in FIRMWARE.BIN...) I also try with the CR10 firmware from marlin github but its exactly the same, update never start...

Do you have ideas for this problem ?
