Octopust Pro only f0 fan works

why is this happening... is there an answer... tried a million options on marlin 2.1 ... I also adjusted the number of fans... I also asked people around but no one knew...

can you help me with the board... it was just installed and immediately some unreasonable problem

when I comment single nozzle (cyclops option) all the fans work... but I would like to use single nozzles and all 4 fans that are not connected to the extruders.
