BIGTREETECH SKR Mini E3 V3.0 with E3D REVO HEMERA Printhead

Hi all,

After solving my Problem with the V2 SKR-Mini E3 board, I was faced with a new Problem. Taking the given Marlin version from Bigtreetech, adapting it for my Ender 3d Pro With the REVO Hemera Print head( seems to be the same as the Revo from Bigtreetech). Everything works fine till the first Print. Mesh-Bedleveling fine.

PID-Tuning also works fine.

I startet with my first Print the lin_advance test print. This works fine too.

Than I tried to start a calibration Cube to test Flow an Meassurement. Nothing works.

The first layer was fine and then suddenly the Extruder spooled out much more filament then for the first layer. It seems as if the Extruder motor runs 3 times faster then for the first layer.

I changed the maxfeedrate for the extruder to the satndard value given for my Ender 3 Pro, but I could not test it.

What was happening.

As you can see on the left side the initial print to get the correct line works fine, Then the head moves to the right for 10mm an pauses at this point. After a few seconds the head should move to the starting point of the print. This should ne a fast way, but it was very, very slow and you can hear a rattle while starting the move. after a few seconds you cann hear a loud beep and the print shutdown and restartet. I checked the terminal of octoprint for some noticable problems and found the below:

Changing monitoring state from "Printing" to "Cancelling"

------------------------------------

till the line "Recv: echo:Fade Height 5.00" every thing was fin. I see all the settings which are saved in the eeprom.

But then I saw a Z-Value that is far behind a normal value:

Z:2147483647.21474836472147483647 E:0.00 Count X:400 Y:1600 Z:2147483647

Directly behind the Fade heigth 5.0 line.

What does this mean. I did not find anything in configuration.h or ..adv.h which represent such a setting.

Help would be great at this point.

Kind regards

Willi
