RRF on SKR 3 EZ - Yes or No

There seems to be some confusion about using RepRap on a SKR 3.  

There are many instances of installing rrf on SKR 3 EZ on the web.  Yet the users manual says it does not.  I have not been successful flashing RRF and I'm wondering if this can actually be done.

Need some help.
