Octopus V1.1 Stepper problems

I've just upgraded my Ender3 V2 to an Octopus V1.1 so I can get dual extruders and Dual Z drive.
I am using Marlin V2.0.9.3 as that's what I was using before and I know the changes I need.

Its working, but the steps/mm are wring and the acceleration is very aggressive.  Also the second X carriage is operating with the Y axis which is wrong.

I have used DRV8825 stepper drivers and set the VRefs to 0.75V which is correct for the stock Creality Steppers.

What could be the cause of the steps/mm being so wrong?  I have set the DRV8255 correctly in config.h in Marlin and the values appear in the f/w when booted.

I'm stuck - please help. :-)
