EBB 36 Not Detected by Windows

Hi,

I lost connection to my EBB 36 CANBoard in the STM32Programmer software after whiping my memory and before I could finish compiling klipper firmware for the board.

Now, I can't get the STM32Programmer software, the DriverFix software, or Windows to recognize the device. I get a, "Device not recognized" popup when connecting via USB, and in Device Manager I see,

"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed."

Changing modes via the reset and boot buttons do nothing in any software or windows.

Have I bricked my board?

Thanks for any help.
