BTT SKR Mini E3 V3 - Endstops not working?

Hi everybody,

I have a SKR mini E3 V3 on my homemade printer (Rolohaun Bijou) and I am having a very troubling issue with endstop configuration in Marlin (Bugfix 2.1.x nightly). I have the endstop pullups enabled, homing direction set to min on all axis, and endstop pin set to Use_[axis]_min_plug. All settings identical to the official BIQU Ender 3 firmware on github. When using M43 to debug pins, the pin states for the endstops report as triggered at all times, and does not change with the switch being pressed. 

 

Does anybody have any ideas as to what may be the culprit? I have tried just about everything under the sun!
