3rd fan with ebb36

I have a couple of ebb36 v1.2 boards and am looking to utilize a CB-C2 for my Voron on one of them.  Currently, I have the HE Fan and Part Cooling fan on the fan ports.  I'd like to control a 3rd fan using the I2C port if possible.  Has anyone attempted to do this?  I have seen people use the probe port, but I need that for my BL-Touch.  The I2C pins are the only ones I'll have available.  I know I could run it off the +5v and Gnd and just have it on anytime the board is one, but I'd like to set it up as a controller fan so that it only comes on when the E0 motor is enabled.
