Manta m4p with cb1 using input shaper

i am having trouble getting the input shaper function to work, i keep getting MCU protocol error

This is frequently caused by running an older version of the
firmware on the MCU(s). Fix by recompiling and flashing the
firmware.

also i am having trouble finding any documentation on  the subject as far as dtb file i need to use wlong with it i am currently trying to use the spi1 connector location on the mother board
