Connecting 2-pin end stops to SKR 1.4 motherboard

Greetings all-

I am attempting to install an SKR 1.4 motherboard into a Wanhao Duplicator 6 (a.k.a. Monoprice Ultimate). The printer has microswitch end stops on the x and y axes, both with 2-wire outputs. The SKR 1.4 has three-pin sockets. The breakout for the end stops shows the three pins,  from top to bottom to be:

5 volt

Ground

1.2x, where x =9 for the x-stop, 8 for the y-stop, and 7 for the z-stop.

Firstly, I have no idea what the 1.27, 1.28, and 1.29 are about.

Secondly, and importantly, do I just hook the end stop cables to the +5V and ground? If not, how do I hook the end stops up?

Thanks in advance,

-Mark
