Upgrade issues from a Geeetech A20 GT2560 board

Please can someone advise me re the wiring of the BGT SKR Mini 3 V2.0 board.

I have basically scrapped the A20 as never worked.  However, I have 2 pairs of power cables coming from the PSU, where I have put one pair in DCIN and the other on 'Power', is this correct or should they be wired together into DCIN.

Also, I have 3 fans, the hotend fan, the fan on the bracket of the outside of the hotend and one in the case for the mainboard.  From videos and instructions, I cannot seem to work out where the cables are plugged in,

Not sure why Geeetech use sub-standard wiring and parts but is causing me some issues and do not want to damage my new board.
