SKR 1.4 turbo CNC fan problems

I have an AnyCubic Chiron retro fitted with an SKR 1.4 turbo. The problme is i have gone through 2 of these boards because the CNC fan control stops functioning. The First time The fan was stuck on at 100% and the second time the fan will not turn on. I am using a 5015 blower style fan. Is this fan to large to control of the SKR 1.4?
