Trying to install firmware for CR-Touch for TFT35 E3 V3 mainboard in a CR-10

Hello everyone, I have been trying to install firmware for my new CR-touch but nothing from Creality is being recognized by my machine and I think it's due to having the TFT35 board. I have not been able to find any information on firmware for the Bigtreetech board to allow the CR-touch to be recognized. I thought I had read that the CR-touch would automatically be recognized by the Bigtreetech board as it has firmware for the BL touch and they work off the same generic firmware. 

Any help will be appreciated.
