Need help with my printer firmware

I have been stuck on this problem for 2 months now and I even reached out to bigtreetech in 3 different emails, and they didn't bother helping out. So, I need help with my problem. Here is some context: 

: I just finished installing BTT SKR MINI E3 V2.0 into my printer that I upgraded a few months ago. From an Ender 3 Pro to an Ender 3 Pro 400XL with a BLtouch. I tried numerous times to update the firmware on the product so it can recognize that the bed is double in LxWxH and that it has a BLTouch. I put in the Micro SD card into it, with it only containing the software that I want it to download onto it. Every time I go to insert it into the circuit, instead of the printer screen taking 30+ seconds to download; the screen loads into the printer and starts up. Completely disregarding the code am trying to upload.

Please someone help me out so I can get back to printing!
