Cant get my printer to uptade, bought it second hand. ive been told that i should factory reset everything. im supposed to copy the ''firmwere.bin'' file in my SD card after formating it. when i incert the SD card in my printer nothing happens, it should start uppdating but nothing happens. what do i do? where do i get the working fils?
