How to set Vref on a newly installed board?

Hi.

I just got SKR mini E3 V3. I'm going to install it on my Ender3 V2 which has Direct Drive motor and a different Y motor. All need Vref values that are not Creality standard.

I also have LCD12864 screen to use with this board.

Before I connect the motors, I need to know how can I adjust the Vref values.
