Ender5 BTT skr mini e3 v3. TFT35. CR touch issues.

Installed fine with Kersey Fabrications firmware. Works great. Added CR touch, new Kersey firmware, and ABL not working. Z endstop shows triggered. But I am confused as to the wiring. Comparing various pis off web. Second pic is my setup. Which is correct, and how would you swop them? the connectors are one way only?

Also the main board to screen cables. Just the black one, or use the colored one too? Information is scant.

Dont see an "edit" option, but the physical Z endstop WAS unplugged while I was testing.
